Garnier Fructis Shampoo free using a $1 off 1 paper coupon

4 boxes Hefty bags $.50 a box using a $1 off 2 coupon from the paper

Brillo pads 2 pack $.50 using a $1 off 2 coupon from the paper

Our Dollar Tree only take coupons up to $1 off. I can NOT use a $2 off 2 even though it's only $1 off each product. Also they only allow 4 like coupons. I've heard they take printed coupons but have never tried. I always have to pay tax on products even those I'm getting for free.
